Marie Ohlms

I conduct research in the field of personnel selection and assessment, with a     primary focus on digitalisation in this field. In my dissertation I focused on gamification and game-based assessment in personnel selection.  Furthermore, I am also interested in initiatives aimed at minimizing bias and discrimination in human resources in general, and in personnel selection in particular, in order to increase diversity in work teams.
