Dr. Marie Ohlms
I conduct research in the field of personnel selection and assessment, as well as the workplace, with a focus on digitization in these areas. In my dissertation I focused on gamification and game-based assessment in personnel selection. Furthermore, I am interested in initiatives aimed at minimizing bias and discrimination in human resources in general, and in personnel selection in particular, in order to increase diversity in work teams. Additionally, I investigate how AI-based decision-making and AI-based coaching need to be designed to foster trust and acceptance to ensure efficient and effective human-AI collaboration.
