Prof. Dr. Dr. Jürgen Bengel and Dr. Lena Krämer (Department of Rehabilitation Psychology and Psychotherapy) received funding from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research within the cooperative project “Local, collaborative, stepped and personalised care management for older people with Chronic diseases - a randomised comparative effectiveness trial (LoChro)”.
